If the first evening goes sideways

Cannot find the inflation needle? It is a small plastic tip, usually pushed into the pump handle or taped to the box liner. If it genuinely is not there, reply. We will ship one, and you are not the first.

Board will not pair? Pair from inside the app, not from Bluetooth settings. On Android, location services also need to be on — Android requires it for Bluetooth scanning.

A game froze? Force-close the app and reopen. It does not lose progress. Tell us which game and we will pass it to the team.
|
|
Can you stand on it? Yes. The Sport deck is rated to 450 lb / 200 kg. Adults are what the four training modes are for.
